Love working with children of all ages? A to Z Building Blocks is hiring a caring, dependable Classroom Floater for our
American Fork location! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is flexible, and loves helping wherever they're needed.
You'll support different classrooms throughout the day, primarily working with
infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Schedule- Flexible schedule with approximately 20–38 hours per week, based on center needs
- Monday through Friday — no weekends!
- Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
- Hours and classroom assignments may vary throughout the week
- Great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility
What You'll Do- Help in different classrooms based on daily staffing needs
- Care for and supervise children from infants through school age
- Support teachers with learning activities, playtime, meals, naps, and daily routines
- Assist with diapering, potty training, and classroom transitions
- Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming classrooms
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
What We're Looking For- Someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys working with different age groups
- A positive team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Patient, caring, and comfortable working with infants and young children
- Previous daycare, child care, preschool, nannying, or teaching experience is a plus
- Willing to complete required child care training and certifications
- Must pass a background check
