About the Role:Dominion Services For All People is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavioral coach to join our team in Hampton, VA. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor client progress over time
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions using evidence-based behavioral intervention techniques
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support
- Document client behaviors, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Identify triggers and develop proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
- Educate and train family members and support staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered care principles
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries while building trusting client relationships
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
