Ferguson Enterprises is looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join us as a DC General Warehouse Associate IV - Receiving Clerk. This position is key to our operations and ensures the accurate receipt and recording of critical shipments. Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound shipments of high importance levels are received and recorded accurately, maintaining our strict standards of accuracy.
• Undertake general warehouse duties to facilitate the seamless flow of goods within the facility.
• Support site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Resolve orders of high complexity levels that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments to determine the best course of action.
• Select and prepare items for shipment, making sure every package adheres to our quality criteria.
• Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistent and effective operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, particularly in receiving and managing high-complexity orders.
• Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with various departments.
• Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining flawless records and documentation.
• Ability to strictly adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
• Determined and capable of successfully implementing solutions to complex challenges.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical capability to pick and pack goods, including lifting and transporting heavy items.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.15

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
