The AWS Infrastructure Services team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of data center cabling strategy and optimization across our global infrastructure. This role influences how AWS optimizes its existing infrastructure cabling footprint through data-driven planning and disciplined execution. It is responsible for managing complex, multi-variable programs that span networking, infrastructure, and global decommissioning teams. It will be responsible for developing scalable workflows, process improvements, and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and eliminate non-value-add activity. This role bridges project delivery teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders by driving execution plans and surfacing critical decisions at the right level. Key job responsibilities

• Lead executive-level reporting on program health, delivering root-cause analysis and actionable insights that drive cabling infrastructure optimization decisions
• Pioneer scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions that transform how AWS manages its data center cabling portfolio
• Manage competing priorities across multiple programs, navigating dependencies, trade-offs, and critical path decisions to deliver site-level cabling execution plans
• Build program mechanisms that monitor and escalate against the health of cable strategy and implementation plans for critical projects
• Unite cross-functional teams - including project delivery, networking, infrastructure, and global decommissioning - around a shared execution vision across multiple time zones
