    Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented (Temporary) Dealer Contact I based at our Danville, IL facility.

    What You Will Do:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries related to orders, returns, credits, and account support.
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Process and monitor orders, claims, returns, and credit requests in accordance with established procedures.
    • Provide updates on order status, shipments, and delivery information.
    • Collaborate with teams across operations, logistics, inventory, quality, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
    • Research and analyze information to identify solutions and ensure accurate transaction processing.
    • Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

    What You Will Need (Education):

    • Bachelor's degree; or
    • Associate degree with related experience; or
    • High School Diploma/GED with relevant customer service, operations, or business experience.

    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

    Experience & Abilities:

    • Experience supporting customers, dealers, suppliers, or business partners.
    • Experience processing orders, claims, returns, credits, or related transactions preferred.
    • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
    • Comfortable handling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
    • Ability to investigate issues, analyze information, and make sound recommendations.
