    We’re currently hiring a Dealer Specialist—an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individual to support multiple departments and keep our dealership running smoothly.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist Rental, Sales, and Service departments with day-to-day tasks
    • Transport equipment to and from customer sites or between stores
    • Help set up and conduct customer demos and equipment orientations
    • Wash, detail, and maintain both new and used equipment to showroom condition
    • Keep indoor and outdoor equipment displays clean, organized, and professional
    • Perform light mechanical work and basic maintenance on machines
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and display areas
    • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
    • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients onsite or during deliveries
    • Learn dealership systems and processes to support the business as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license required (Class A or B CDL preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person)
    • Prior experience working around equipment is helpful, but not required
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Willingness to work outdoors and in a physical role (able to lift up to 50 lbs)
    • Ability to operate equipment (skid steers, loaders, trailers, etc.) or willingness to learn
    • Must be dependable, punctual, and have good communication skills

    • This role involves helping customers on job sites and during demos. Do you have good customer service skills?
