What your future day will look like:- Greet customers professionally and assist as needed
- Manage day-to-day office operations, workflows, and procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative issues
- Maintain organized and accurate records (physical and digital)
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed
- Process titles, registrations, and liens accurately and timely
- Support sales team with paperwork, deal processing, and funding
- Coordinate closely with F&I, sales, and service departments
- Assist with warranty submissions and service paperwork
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, paperwork, or documentation
