- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, charts and tables
- Ability to use measuring tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, established processes and procedures
- Ability to plan and sequence setups, operations and processes
- Ability to review reports, forms and records
Experience
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

What You''ll Do
- Remove burrs from machined surfaces using automated equipment and/or hand tools
- Create edge breaks or radiuses on parts
- Buff oxidation from parts prior to welding
- Remove weld flush using hand tools or machinery
- Mark serial and part numbers using hand tools or dot-peen marking equipment
- Clean parts using water flow, power washers, or ultrasonic equipment
- Perform first-piece inspections
- Support production needs in other areas as required
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Pay increases after successful completion of training
- 2nd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
- 3rd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
- Training may be completed on 1st shift
- 3rd shift works 7 hours and is paid for 8
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external hires
