Job Description
Local Meriden aerospace manufacturer has immediate assembly/deburring positions.
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $20.00
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Hire
Benefits offered include medical insurance and sick pay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deburr, smooth, and finish metal parts and components.
- Remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from manufactured parts.
- Perform basic mechanical assembly of aerospace components.
- Use hand tools, small power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Visually inspect finished parts for quality and workmanship.
- Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience with deburring, metal finishing, grinding, polishing, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and small parts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work.
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Pass a pre employment DT/background check
