Decision Maker Hunter – Field Appointment Setter (In-Person, DuPage County) Rolling Suds of Naperville–Elmhurst | Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible Hours | $15/hr + Uncapped Appointment Bonuses
Must live in the DuPage County, Illinois area to apply. This is NOT a remote, phone, or email position. You’ll visit businesses in person in Naperville, Elmhurst, Wheaton, Downers Grove, Lombard, Oak Brook, Lisle, Glen Ellyn, and nearby suburbs. Applicants from outside the Chicago area won’t be considered.
Can you walk in anywhere and walk out with a meeting? Some people see a closed door and turn around. We’re looking for the person who smiles, walks in, and leaves with a name, a phone number, and a meeting on the calendar.
Rolling Suds of Naperville–Elmhurst is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving the western suburbs. We pressure wash, soft wash, and clean windows, roofs, gutters, parking lots, commercial kitchens, and entire vehicle fleets. Almost every commercial property and fleet in DuPage County could use us. They just haven’t met us yet.
That’s where you come in.
What you’ll do (in person, every day) You don’t sell anything. You don’t quote prices or explain how we clean a hood vent. Your job is simple:
- Drive to and walk into local businesses on target lists we give you: office parks, retail centers, restaurants, commercial kitchens, multi-unit housing complexes, schools, medical buildings, auto dealers, fleets, and more.
- Talk face to face with front-desk staff, in a friendly and professional way, to find out who makes decisions about facility maintenance.
- Book a meeting between that decision-maker and our owner using our calendar link.
- Log your visits in our CRM from your phone so we can follow up well.
There’s no cold calling or emailing from home. This job happens on the sidewalk and at the front desk. The owner handles the presentation, scope of work, and estimate. You get him in the door.
What you’ll earn
- $15/hour base pay for time in the field
- $30 for every qualified appointment. A qualified appointment is a job opportunity worth $2,500 or more, and it’s paid once the meeting takes place.
- No cap. Book more meetings and you earn more.
- Weekly stipend of $50 for your phone and vehicle
- Top performers can earn $45/hour or more
Example: In a 4-hour afternoon, you book 4 qualified meetings. That’s $60 base + $120 in bonuses = $180, or $45/hour.

Requirements
- Must live in the Chicago area. DuPage County or a neighboring area is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to visit businesses in person across DuPage County and the western suburbs
- 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- A smartphone, which you’ll use for our CRM and calendar
- Professional appearance and attitude
