$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule:
$500.00 paid out right after your 1st completed load.
$500.00 paid out after 30 days of employment.
$1,000.00 paid out after 60 days of employment.
Schedule & Home Time Details:
Home Weekly: weekly 34-hour reset (weekends are not guaranteed).
Shift Times: Most deliveries occur in the early morning
Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained Freightliner and Kenworth sleeper tractors.
Freight Profile & Paid Onboarding:
100% Touch Freight: Hand-unloading trailers box-by-box using a gravity roller system for a live unload at store locations.
Paid Fleet Training: Upon hire, you will be sent directly to Savannah, GA for your training. You will complete a 1-week ride-along with a certified fleet trainer, paid at a flat rate of $150/day.
Key Fleet Requirements:
Experience: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
Parking Security: Drivers must have a verified, secure parking location capable of safely housing both the tractor and the trailer during home time.
