We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional dry van fleet operating primarily throughout South Texas. This position offers weekly home time, guaranteed daily pay, no-touch freight, and consistent miles while keeping drivers closer to home than traditional OTR routes.

Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,300
Guaranteed Minimum Pay:$220 per day
Performance Bonus paid based on miles
Average Weekly Miles: 1,700–2,000
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Guaranteed pay program available for qualified drivers
Home Time & Schedule
Home approximately once every week
6 days on / 2 days off
Day and night shifts available
Weekend work required
Some holiday work may be required
What You'll Do
Haul dry van freight throughout the South Texas region
Operate primarily between:
Houston
San Antonio
South Texas Triangle
Transport a mix of:
Drop & hook freight
Live loads
Live unloads
Preloaded trailers
Safely complete inspections and maintain DOT compliance
Deliver freight on schedule while providing professional customer service
Equipment & Freight
Dry van trailers
100% No-Touch Freight
Regional fleet (not a dedicated account)
Consistent freight volume throughout the year
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of first-seat CDL-A experience
Must live within 250 miles of an approved hiring city
Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
Must be available for both day and night operations
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
