10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet based in Sandy, UT. Route and schedule
- Dedicated lanes serving NV, CA, AZ, MT, NM, ND, SD, UT and WY
- Average 1–2 loads per week with 2–3 stops per load
- Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34‑hour reset
- Occasional backhaul pickups returning to the distribution center
Equipment and freight
- Sleeper automatic tractors pulling 53' dry trailers (tandem‑axle, modern equipment)
- Dry freight; primary unloading performed using roller conveyor systems
- No‑touch live loads to the distribution center typical for backhauls

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
- Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
- Operate roller conveyor unloading equipment and follow safe material‑handling procedures
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers and maintenance
- Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards to ensure damage‑free deliveries
- Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near home when required
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience
