Deduction Analyst

Key Responsibilities for the Deduction Analyst:
- Investigate, manage, and resolve customer deductions on a daily basis.
- Partner with sales and freight teams to research and reconcile deduction issues.
- Support billing activities and payment resolution processes.
- Prepare and distribute deduction reports and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Utilize Excel reports and formulas to analyze account activity and identify discrepancies.
Qualifications for the Deduction Analyst:
- Minimum 1 year of deduction analysis or deduction processing experience.
- Proficiency with Excel formulas and spreadsheet reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through resolution.
