WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role is both office- and field-oriented, involving hands-on activities, jobsite visits, and direct interaction with end-users to provide comprehensive training and ensure proper product usage. Employees act as problem-solvers and trusted partners, requiring collaboration, proactive thinking, and a solution-focused mindset. By understanding the real needs and daily challenges of the people who use the products, employees help ensure that the right products reach the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and deliveries
• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
