Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Overland, United States location (9511 Lackland Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team that values efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Overland area
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stop
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or customer concerns
Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and cargo area
Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
Must possess access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and meet delivery goals consistently
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and delivery schedules
Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
Willingness to pass a criminal background check
A positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
