Join our dynamic team at our St. Louis location (10109 Lewis & Clark) as a Delivery Driver! Were looking for enthusiastic and reliable professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, youll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers doors while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries throughout the St. Louis area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned delivery routes in the St. Louis area
Provide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer interactions with courtesy and respect
Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate order fulfillment before departing
Manage cash and payment transactions securely and accurately
Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations
Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time management goals
Handle packages with care and professionalism, protecting product quality during transport
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old); 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)
Access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
Must pass a criminal background check
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
Proficiency with basic navigation and familiarity with the St. Louis area (preferred)
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and genuine customer-focused mindset
Physical capability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous delivery or customer service experience
Knowledge of St. Louis neighborhoods and local geography
Experience with mobile delivery tracking systems
Valid commercial drivers license (CDL)
