About the Role:
Comprehensive Staffing Solutions Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team in Collierville, TN! This is a great opportunity to hit the road, represent a growing organization, and be a key part of keeping operations moving every day.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations on time
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured and handled with care
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules
- Verify delivery orders and obtain signatures or confirmations upon drop-off
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and vehicle inspection reports
- Communicate with dispatch and team members regarding route updates or delays
- Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in proper working condition at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery driving or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
