Delivery Driver | Day shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Delivery Driver for a wholesale distribution company in the Harrison, AR area. This is a full-time position for dependable individuals who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team.Requirements for the Delivery Driver

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow delivery schedules and directions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle along assigned routes
• Load, transport, and deliver products to customers
• Verify orders and ensure deliveries are accurate
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise
• Obtain delivery confirmations and complete required paperwork
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
• Follow company procedures and all traffic and safety regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements for the Delivery Driver

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
• Ability to frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle
• Ability to load and unload products as needed
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting requirements established by the employer

Schedule and Pay

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift: Days
• Overtime as needed
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
