The Job
You’ll deliver packages on city and suburban routes using a company-provided gas Ford step van. Your day includes loading and unloading packages, completing deliveries, and communicating with dispatch about delays or route issues. The work involves frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs.
Routes start at 9 AM and continue until all packages are delivered. The average day is 8.5 hours, and drivers work five days a week, including at least one weekend day. An additional incentive is available for working an unscheduled day.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $190 per day
- Performance incentive: $75 per week for 99.4% service or better; the incentive may be lost for E/L/M pickups, an accident, or a call-out
- Unscheduled-day incentive: $75 for working an unscheduled day
- Pay frequency: Weekly, paid Friday

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- No CDL required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending, lifting, and maneuvering, with or without reasonable accommodation.
