Pro Resources is seeking a Delivery Driver for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. The Delivery Driver runs assigned delivery and pickup routes across Fort Wayne and the surrounding area, moving copiers, printers, supplies, and parts. Drivers are the team members our customers see most, so professional, courteous conduct at every stop is essential. Shift and Compensation
Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
Compensation is from 35,360 USD to 41,600 USD per year
Job Duties
Run assigned delivery and pickup routes on schedule, moving copiers, printers, supplies, and parts.
Load, transport, and install equipment safely - including lifting and moving heavy items up and down stairs with a stair-climber dolly.
Verify the packing list at every stop, collect the customer signature, and report any discrepancies.
Represent company professionally and courteously at the customer's door; keep customers informed at each delivery.
Perform occasional furniture setup and warranty-related handling as assigned.
Inspect the assigned vehicle each morning and report any maintenance needs before heading out.
Maintain accurate delivery records and accountability for the full route, first stop to last.
Background Profile
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (standard license; CDL not required).
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely, including up and down stairs.
Reliability, strong time management, and accountability for an independent route.
Professional, clear, and courteous communication with every customer.
Careful, by-the-book attention to paperwork and procedure.
