About the Role:
Marco Polo Laundry Inc is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Driver to join our team in San Jose, CA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our brand, delivering fresh, clean laundry directly to our valued customers with a smile. Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and commercial customers throughout the San Jose area
• Load and unload laundry bags, bundles, and garments safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and confirm order completions
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and ETAs
• Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs
• Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss
• Provide friendly, professional customer-facing service at every stop

Requirements:

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior delivery driver or courier experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong time management and route navigation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with the San Jose area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus
