Job Description
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22.75/hr. Starting
- Weekly pay
- 4 day work week
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Expected hours: Up to 40 per week

Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:
- Load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations on time.
- Drive safely to customer locations and following all traffic laws.
- Be professional and provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Perform basic checks to ensure your vehicle is always safe and ready to go.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications
To be a successful delivery driver you MUST always put SAFETY FIRST and be OBSESSED with customer satisfaction.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. (No CDL required)
- Must have a positive and can do attitude.
- Must provide excellent customer service and professionalism during delivery interactions.
- Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. (Most packages are 5 lbs. or lighter).
- Must be able to get in and out of the company vehicle and walk up and down stairs all throughout your shift.
- Must be able to work within a TEAM environment.
- Must be able to pass eligibility requirements.
- Must be able to use and navigate a smartphone.
- Must be able to problem solve and find solutions to occasional challenges.
- Must be reliable and able to communicate needs and give feedback.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
