Be on time to work
Be in complete Uniform with Fedex badge visable
Arrange package in order to allow success on the road when delivering
Be able to hit time commitment package delivery and pickups for business and express deliveries
Safety first mindset
Follow all safety protocols in station and on road
Take care of vehicle / checking lights and cleanliness
Fuel filling when needed
Delivery the entire route within an 8-10 hour day
Take care of company equipment, scanner, ipads, dollies and batteries

Must be able to show up to work at 8:30am, must be 21 years of age and be able to pass a drug screen and background screen. Any felonies or misdemeanors do not quality you for the position. New hires are repsonsible to work 1 weekend day per week and 6 days throught the mouth of December. Reliable transportation is a must.
Previous delivery experience is required
Fedex Gold service provider. Heartland Express, Inc services the areas of Tallmadge, Kent, Brimfield, Stow, Monroe Falls, Silver Lake and Brady Lake. Heartland expects the best day everyday to the employee to the best of the company abiltiy with drivers come first philosophy. Flexible schedule available with benefits (Health, Dental and Vision) paid 50% by the company for employees. 1 week paid vacation available after 9 months of continuous employment. Requests off accepted 2 weeks in advance. Starting pay wage of $190 to $210 per day plus stop bonus for qualified employees. Paid training
