    More Than Just Deliveries

At Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, we serve long-term care facilities throughout Oregon and into Washington. Our patients rely on us to get the medications they need, when they need them.

We're currently hiring for our Eugene delivery route and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who understands that this role is about more than driving. You'll help stage and verify deliveries, learn our pharmacy systems and processes, and ensure medications arrive accurately and on time.

We're not a fair-weather pharmacy. Rain, snow, ice, or whatever Oregon decides to throw at us, our patients still need their medications. We're looking for someone who takes pride in being someone others can count on.

    What You'll Do

    • Verify and stage deliveries before they leave the pharmacy
    • Learn and utilize pharmacy software and delivery processes
    • Check orders for accuracy and completeness
    • Plan efficient delivery routes and manage time effectively
    • Deliver medications to facilities throughout the Eugene area using a company vehicle
    • Pick up returns and complete required documentation
    • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
    • Represent the pharmacy professionally and courteously with our customers

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

    • You show up consistently and are someone your team can rely on.
    • You pay attention to details and take pride in getting things right.
    • You learn new technology and processes quickly.
    • You can work independently while staying connected to the team.
    • You understand how to work efficiently without cutting corners.
    • You use good judgment and common sense to solve problems and build efficient delivery routes.

This position requires someone who can balance accuracy and speed. You are the last set of eyes on a medication before it leaves the pharmacy, but you also understand the importance of getting deliveries completed in a timely manner.

Just as importantly, you're one of the few people our customers see face-to-face. The way you interact with them reflects on our entire pharmacy.

    Qualifications

    • Must be 21 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance)
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Join Our Team

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that cares about doing meaningful work and doing it well. If you're reliable, professional, and looking for a place where your contributions truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.
