We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Pershing Ave. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis area
Navigate local streets efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely
Load and unload delivery items carefully, maintaining product quality and vehicle organization
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptly
Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization professionally
Meet delivery targets and time commitments while maintaining flexibility to handle unexpected situations
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
Must pass a criminal background check
Strong time management and organizational skills with proven punctuality and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to navigate using GPS and digital mapping tools
Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
Familiarity with the St. Louis area is preferred but not required
Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration
