Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of software applications using Python, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and efficiency. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to the overall success of the project. Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in DevOps practices and tools. Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of successful software development projects. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and projects.
