The TLM Delivery Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-user technology refresh deployments across assigned sites. The role serves as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and field support teams to ensure successful delivery of hardware refresh initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Desk Refresh deployments, from planning through post-deployment support.
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate hardware delivery, inventory management, logistics, and deployment readiness activities.
Partner with business stakeholders to communicate deployment plans, impacts, and timelines.
Manage site readiness activities, including seating validations, network requirements, and local support coordination.
Track deployment progress and provide status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations to maintain delivery commitments.
Coordinate with procurement, real estate, field services, and technology teams to ensure successful execution.
Ensure deployment standards, processes, and compliance requirements are followed.
Lead deployment meetings, stakeholder reviews, and post-implementation lessons learned sessions.
Drive issue resolution during deployment events and ensure a positive end-user experience.
Maintain accurate project documentation, metrics, and reporting.
