    Description

    In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing desktop environments, delivering hands-on and remote support to users, and ensuring seamless operation of both physical devices and cloud-based services. You will also provide customer-focused technical assistance and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to expand their technical abilities, including intermediary support for a key vendor software product.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deploy, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Windows and mobile platforms)
    • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues both remotely and onsite
    • Respond to customer inquiries with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
    • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and device configurations in our ticketing system
    • Perform monthly patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation to ensure systems remain secure and compliant.
    • Automate routine tasks and system administration using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with onsite analysts and external vendor support teams to resolve complex technical issues related to specialized software products
    • Serve as an intermediary technical resource, learning the vendor software product to bridge communication between end users and vendor technical support
    • Participate in device lifecycle management, including imaging, deployment, and decommissioning
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge base development
