Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while minimizing excess. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align material planning with production schedules. Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and forecasted needs. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records or material shortages. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools. Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
