Key Responsibilities
Providing remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff.
Scheduling and managing dental appointments, including follow-ups, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate patient dental records and documentation.
Handling patient communications via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
Organizing digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records.
Coordinating with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing.
Essential Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced dental environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, dentists, and support staff.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dental records, insurance forms, and appointment details.
Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and general office applications.
Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and workflow is a strong advantage.
