Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Dental Assistant in our department, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing expert dental assistance advice and consultancy to our clients in the healthcare industry.
2. Assisting in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports.
3. Conducting financial assessments for dental practices, identifying areas for improvement and potential growth.
4. Collaborating with dentists to understand their financial needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
5. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all financial operations.
6. Managing client relationships, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, particularly in dentistry, to provide informed consultancy.
8. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management for dental practices.
9. Working closely with other team members to develop and implement strategic financial plans.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this unique and exciting role, candidates must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental setting.
2. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial individuals.
6. A deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, particularly in dentistry.
7. Proven experience in financial consulting, with a track record of helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
9. A high degree of professionalism and integrity.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
