Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Favia Family Dental is seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional environment and are looking for a team member who shares our commitment to creating outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments following infection control protocols
• Take and process dental radiographs (per state regulations)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Manage dental supplies and assist with inventory control
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Support the clinical team in providing high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Current radiology certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records is a plus
