Dental Assistant

Registered Dental Assistant | Belle Fourche

Jackson Dental is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable and quick-learning Dental Assistant to join our team.

Our team provides comprehensive dental care in a progressive, technology-driven environment. No two days are exactly the same, and our assistants have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of procedures while continuing to build their skills and knowledge.

Dental experience is preferred, but it is not required for the right person.

If you are new to dentistry, we want to be clear: there is a lot to learn. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires you to learn new information quickly, retain what you’ve been taught and become comfortable using technology, dental software and equipment.

We are willing to invest in someone who is willing to invest in learning.

Jackson Dental will provide hands-on training and mentorship, and we are willing to pay for additional education, permits and certifications as you grow in the position. Training may take place at our Belle Fourche location.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Learns quickly and retains new information
• Is confident and comfortable with technology
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to help
• Is dependable, organized and able to adapt throughout the day
• Communicates well with patients and teammates
• Brings a positive, team-first attitude
• Wants feedback and is motivated to continually improve
• Takes pride in providing excellent patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• $16–$30/hour, based on experience, qualifications and skill level
• Health insurance
• 401(k) + employer match
• Free dental care for employees
• 75% off dental care for immediate family
• Paid holidays and vacation
• Continuing education opportunities
• Paid opportunities to obtain additional dental certifications and permits
• Ongoing training and mentorship
• Opportunities for professional growth

Jackson Dental provides comprehensive care that goes beyond traditional general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, dental surgery, functional orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, periodontal care, dental sleep medicine, cosmetic dentistry and more.

For an experienced dental assistant, this is an opportunity to continue expanding your skills. For someone new to dentistry, it is an opportunity to learn a career from the ground up with a team willing to teach you.

If you’re motivated, tech-savvy, eager to learn and looking for a place where you can grow, we’d love to hear from you.
