    Job Opportunity: Dental Assistant Dallas, TX

    Location: Dallas, Texas
    Position: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Options Available

    Are you a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant looking to be part of a dynamic dental team? Join us in providing high-quality patient care in the heart of Dallas!

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dental Assistant to help our dental practice provide top-notch care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient flow, and ensure the office runs smoothly while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including exams, fillings, cleanings, and extractions.
    • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
    • Take dental X-rays and ensure proper imaging techniques and safety protocols.
    • Prepare patients for treatments, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns they may have.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and procedures as directed by the dentist.
    • Perform office tasks such as scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and managing patient files.
    • Provide post-treatment instructions and ensure patients are comfortable during recovery.
    • Ensure the office complies with infection control and safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Dental Assistant certification (RDA in Texas) required.
    • Completion of a dental assisting program from an accredited institution.
    • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, but new grads with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.
    • Knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and radiology standards.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to put patients at ease.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • CPR/BLS certification required.
