Your Schedule: Mon-Wed: 8am – 6pm, Th: 8am – 5pm, Fri: 8am – 1pm

Qualifications

• Completion or currently enrolled in Dental Assisting program working towards Xray license 
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do as a Dental Assistant

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment.
• Take digital X-rays, panoramic images, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos.
• Prepare materials for dental procedures, including fillings, impressions, and crowns.
• Provide chairside assistance while ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in dental software.
• Anticipate the dentist’s needs and provide instruments and materials during procedures.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and proper oral hygiene.
