Dental Assistant - Joplin Endodontics 

 

Get the best of both worlds! Our fast-paced, growing office is looking for a Dental Assistant who is willing to support both clinical and front-office responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys assisting chairside while also helping with front-office tasks. We’re looking for a high-energy, dependable team player with an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside clinical support to doctors by assisting with procedures, charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up.
• Deliver a superior patient experience throughout all phases of the appointment.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Complete sterilization and infection control processes for equipment and operatories.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Provide front-office support as needed, including greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other administrative duties.
• Help ensure a seamless patient experience by supporting both clinical and front-office operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all workplace regulations and protocols.
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the practice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assisting experience
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting

The salary range for this role is $18-$24 per hour.
