What You’ll Do

• Assist Dr. Snyder in delivering exceptional cosmetic and restorative dental care with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies in a pristine, state-of-the-art environment.
• Build genuine relationships and go above and beyond for patients to provide an outstanding concierge experience.
• Support educational events and workshops at our teaching facility.
• Interact with patients in person and on the phone.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with a passionate, driven team to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Dental Assistant (cosmetic dentistry experience preferred).
• Skills: Proficiency in chairside assisting, digital imaging, and sterilization protocols. Experience with advanced cosmetic dental technologies is a plus.
• Attitude: A detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence.
• Soft Skills: Warm, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certification: Radiology certification (preferred). CPR certification preferred.
