Passion Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the orthodontist to provide high-quality patient care and support a positive clinical experience for patients of all ages. Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and orthodontic proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to office protocolsTake digital x-rays, intraoral scans, and patient photographsAssist with the placement and removal of orthodontic appliances as permitted by state regulationsEducate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectationsMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentationEnsure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelinesMonitor and maintain clinical inventory and suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environmentCollaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care and customer service
