Dental Assistant

Williamsburg Dental is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive, and high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience from start to finish
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented office culture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry required
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus
