Dental Assistant

Full-time | Monday–Friday, no weekends | $16–$23/hr based on experience + bonus pay
Some dental offices are just busy. Ours is built around making patients feel calm, cared for, and actually looked after, and that only works with a great assistant chairside. We’re looking for an experienced dental assistant who takes pride in running a smooth operatory, anticipates what the dentist needs before it’s asked, and knows how to put a nervous patient at ease.

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Greeting patients warmly and getting them comfortable in the chair.
- Setting up operatories with the right instruments, materials, and equipment for each procedure.
- Assisting chairside with four-handed dentistry.
- Taking radiographs.
- Sterilizing instruments and keeping infection control airtight.
- Pouring models and fabricating whitening trays.
- Walking patients through post-op and home-care instructions so they leave confident.
- Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Updating patient charts accurately and helping with checkout and payments as needed.
- Maintaining equipment and helping order supplies.
What You Bring:
Required:
- 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Florida dental radiography certification.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Solid knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with dental practice software and digital charting.
- A friendly, reliable, detail-oriented approach. You’re the kind of person who notices when something’s off and fixes it.
Big Pluses:
- Florida Expanded Functions (EFDA) certification.
- Experience fabricating temporary crowns and bridges.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with [Dentrix / Eaglesoft / OpenDental].
- Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program.
