What you'll do

Chair-side assisting across a full range of general and specialty dental procedures

Preparing and maintaining operatories, instruments, and equipment

Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans using advanced technology

Educating and guiding patients through treatment plans with care and professionalism

Collaborating with our clinical team to continuously improve patient experience

What we're looking for

Active California RDA license (required)

Demonstrated clinical experience in a dental office setting

Familiarity with digital radiography and dental practice management software

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with an expanding group
