Part-Time | $25-28/hr or more!

A+ Family Dental is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to join our friendly and professional team! We are a well-established, patient-centered practice in Sorrento Valley, CA, focused on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and positive environment.

Schedule:

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation/Benefits:

• $25–$28/hour or more (based on experience and qualifications)

• Monthly performance bonus (based on meeting requirements)

• Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits

Requirements:

• Valid DA license (California)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental assisting role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear and professional communication skills with patients and team

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of care

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Open to constructive feedback and ongoing learning

• Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.
