What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist with procedures and provide 4-handed dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Provide a comfortable, positive patient experience
• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
• Assist with lab work and post-operative instructions
• Keep rooms organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient
• Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by training and certification
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team
• Follow office protocols and contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and professional patient care
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Dental radiology certification preferred, if required by state regulations
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
