About the Role:
Diamond Dental Associates LLC is  Expanding our team and looking for a Dental Assistant  with some dental office experience to join our office in Flemington, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your clinical skills to a patient-focused practice where your expertise and passion for dental care will truly shine.



Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and surgical treatments
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory rooms between patient visits
• Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed by the dentist if licensed
• Record patient medical histories and document treatment notes accurately
• Educate patients on post-procedure care and proper oral hygiene techniques
• Manage dental supply inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked
• Coordinate with front desk staff to support smooth patient scheduling and flow

Requirements:

• Prior dental assisting experience required
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
• Dental radiography certification or X-ray licensure preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software a plus
• Strong chairside manner with a patient-first attitude
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
