Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care and treatment to patients of all ages in a family practice setting
• Perform routine examinations, cleanings, and diagnostic procedures including X-rays
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Uphold strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards

Requirements:

• Valid dental licensure or certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Relevant degree or certification in dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
