As a Dental Field Trainer at Enable Dental, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our mobile dental team members by delivering comprehensive and engaging training programs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and update training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development related to clinical protocols, mobile operations, patient communication, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, including shadowing, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Evaluate trainees’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for additional support or improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to identify training needs and gaps to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry best practices, dental technologies, and regulatory requirements to integrate into training materials.
- Assist with onboarding processes and contribute to building a culture of learning and development across the organization.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental clinical roles, preferably with mobile dentistry experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental clinical procedures, infection control, and compliance standards.
- Experience in delivering training or educational sessions, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to various patient locations for on-site training.
- Comfort with remote training technologies and virtual communication platforms.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive company vehicles.
- Passion for teaching and developing others, with patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $60,000.00 -$70,000.00
