Key Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage and optimize the daily patient schedule to ensure seamless practice flow.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a professional, pleasant demeanor.
- Handle written patient communication, confirmation calls, and general correspondence.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining acute attention to detail.
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience.
- Scheduling: Proven expertise in dental scheduling is required.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and polished written communication skills.
