Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and Detail-oriented Front Desk patient coordinator  to join the team . As a Front Desk patient coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet our patients as they arrive, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and enter patients  information and Verify Insurance information . The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software (Open Dental is a PLUS)
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
