Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Austin, TX

An established dental practice in Austin is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, collaborative team. Experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Position Details

• Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm

• Flexible scheduling available

• $60 / Hr with a productivity bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care

• Conduct oral screenings, review medical histories, and take digital radiographs

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized home-care routines

• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records

• Collaborate with dentists and team members to support efficient daily operations and a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license, or licensure in progress; active licensure required before providing clinical care

• Laser certification and nitrous oxide monitoring credentials preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
